Hi, these are absolutely wonderful.
I just have one question….
What is the best way to change the colour of the images using photoshop or illustrator?

It depends on what kind of images they are
if it’s a vector image, with Illustrator you can easily change any color
select the image and just pick a color
if its jpeg image, Photoshop is the way to go, complex images would be difficult to change though.
if its a single image just click on the layer and select “color overlay effect” underneath layer box, this will change the color in best way.
